Set the time
To set the time using the command line, enter the following using the syntax:
date 2digitmonth2digitday2digithour2digitminute4digityear.2digitsecond
so, if you want to set the date to 11:45pm and 10 seconds on dec 31 2006, use the command :
date 123123452006.10
